Sundays 18th and 25th November – 6.30 to 7.45 pm The Mindful Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes allow you to explore moving in the rhythm of our breath turning our Vinyasa Flow practice into a powerful moving mediation. Become a ‘moving union’ (vinyasa yoga), aligning body, breath and mind. This practice of mindfulness enables you to be more present in your body, to induce mental clarity and reduce stress levels. Physically, we will also focus on strengthening the abdominal and back muscles as well as opening and releasing shoulder, chest and neck areas. Each session will be ‘sandwiched’ by a rejuvenating restorative pose (Asana) to help you release tensions.
